Sie dienen der Erg\u00e4nzung des lehrplanm\u00e4\u00dfigen Unterrichtes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als Schulveranstaltungen kommen insbesondere in Betracht:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lehrausg\u00e4nge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exkursionen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wandertage, Sporttage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Berufspraktische Tage bzw. Berufspraktische Wochen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sportwochen (z.B.: Wintersportwochen, Sommersportwochen)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Projektwochen (z.B.: Musikwochen, \u00d6kologiewochen, Intensivsprachwochen, Kreativwochen, Sch\u00fcleraustausch, Fremdsprachenwochen, Abschlusslehrfahrten)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Leitung: eine von der Schulleitung beauftragte Lehrperson<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Begleitpersonen: anstaltseigene LehrerInnen oder andere geeignete Personen (Auswahl durch LeiterIn der Veranstaltung in Absprache mit der Schulleitung)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anzahl der Begleitpersonen (Empfehlungen der BAG): In der Volksschule ist unabh\u00e4ngig von der Sch\u00fclerzahl in jedem Fall neben der Leitung der Veranstaltung eine Begleitperson einzusetzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Sonderschulen ist unabh\u00e4ngig von der Schulstufe und der Teilnehmerzahl ist neben der Leitung der Veranstaltung eine geeignete Begleitperson einzusetzen, zus\u00e4tzlich dazu das unter Bedachtnahme auf die Zahl der teilnehmenden Sch\u00fclerInnen und deren Behinderungsgrad erforderliche Hilfspersonal.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Richtlinien f\u00fcr mehrt\u00e4gige Schulveranstaltungen bis zur 4. Schulstufe und<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">f\u00fcr ein- und mehrt\u00e4gige Veranstaltungen ab der 5. Schulstufe:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Veranstaltungen &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; Teilnehmerzahl &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; Leiter &nbsp; &nbsp; Schulforum bzw. der Schulgemeinschaftsausschuss abweichende Festlegungen treffen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Grunds\u00e4tze der Sparsamkeit, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Zweckm\u00e4\u00dfigkeit sind zu beachten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eine Abweichung von den vorgegebenen Bandbreiten kann aber nur in begr\u00fcndeten Ausnahmef\u00e4llen erfolgen: z.B. Integrationsklasse, Mosaikklasse, F\u00f6rderklasse und Kleinklassen an SES, Auslandsaufenthalte, Einzelintegrationskinder mit schweren gesundheitlichen Beeintr\u00e4chtigungen, verhaltensauff\u00e4llige Kinder, die sonderp\u00e4dagogisch betreut werden, &#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jedenfalls ist zu verhindern, dass mehrt\u00e4gige Veranstaltungen ohne Begleitperson durchgef\u00fchrt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Richtlinien f\u00fcr die Durchf\u00fchrung eint\u00e4giger Veranstaltungen:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Treffpunkt bzw. Entlassung von Sch\u00fclerInnen bei Schulveranstaltungen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>VS, ASO (1. bis 5. Schulstufe): Treffpunkt &#8211; Schule, Entlassung &#8211; Schule (ausgenommen Einzelansuchen von Erziehungsberechtigten)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>NMS, PTS, ASO-Oberstufe: Treffpunkt &#8211; Schule, Entlassung &#8211; Schule oder schriftliche Einverst\u00e4ndniserkl\u00e4rung der Erziehungsberechtigten \u00fcber anderen Entlassungsort<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PTS: Im Bedarfsfall Treffpunkt au\u00dferhalb der Schule<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Kosten:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die den Erziehungsberechtigten voraussichtlich erwachsenden Kosten sind diesen rechtzeitig bekannt zu geben. \u00dcber die Abhaltung mehrt\u00e4gige Veranstaltungen entscheidet das Klassen- oder Schulforum bzw. der Schulgemeinschaftsausschuss. Vereinbarungen mit Beherbergungsbetrieben oder Transportunternehmen sollen die Bezeichnung der Schulveranstaltung und ihre konkrete Zielsetzung sowie Regelungen f\u00fcr den R\u00fccktrittsfall enthalten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Dauer und Ausma\u00df:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Veranstaltungen bis zu einem Tag d\u00fcrfen in folgendem Ausma\u00df durchgef\u00fchrt werden:<br>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Schulstufe\/Schulart &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; Ausma\u00df (bis zu 5 Stunden) &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Ausma\u00df (mehr als 5 Stunden)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vorschulstufe, &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; in dem unter Bedachtnahme auf die Anforderungen<br>1. und 2. Schulstufe h\u00f6chstens eine bis zu f\u00fcnf Stunden dauernde Veranstaltung l\u00e4nger als f\u00fcnf Stunden dauern, wenn aus regionalen Gr\u00fcnden &#8211; wegen der Aufgabenstellung der Veranstaltung oder in Bezug auf den Lehrplan &#8211; mit f\u00fcnf Stunden nicht das Auslangen gefunden werden kann.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zus\u00e4tzlich k\u00f6nnen solche Veranstaltungen durchgef\u00fchrt werden, wenn aus dem Kontingent f\u00fcr mehrt\u00e4gige Veranstaltungen noch Tage zur Verf\u00fcgung stehen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ziel, Inhalt und Dauer sind von der Schulleitung oder den von ihr bestimmten LehrerInnen festzulegen und im Klassen- bzw. Schulstufe mindestens eine Veranstaltung bewegungsorientiert durchzuf\u00fchren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00dcber Ziel, Dauer, Inhalt und allenfalls erforderliche Durchf\u00fchrungsbestimmungen von mehrt\u00e4gigen Veranstaltungen entscheidet das Klassen- oder Schulforum bzw. der Schulgemeinschaftsausschuss. Die Einbeziehung einer Klasse (Sch\u00fclerInnengruppe) in eine mehrt\u00e4gige Veranstaltung setzt die Teilnahme von zumindest 70% der Sch\u00fclerInnen der Klasse (der Sch\u00fclerInnengruppe) voraus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mit Bewilligung der Schulbeh\u00f6rde erster Instanz kann die Prozentzahl unterschritten werden, sofern wegen der gerechtfertigten Nichtteilnahme von Sch\u00fclerInnen die Durchf\u00fchrung der Veranstaltung nicht gew\u00e4hrleistet ist und kein Mehraufwand verursacht wird.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Sch\u00fclerInnen und die Erziehungsberechtigten sind rechtzeitig vor Beginn der Veranstaltung \u00fcber die n\u00e4heren Umst\u00e4nde zu informieren (z.B.: konkrete Dauer, Adresse der Unterkunft, Ausr\u00fcstung, Bekleidung, Gebr\u00e4uche und Gefahren, relevante Rechtsvorschriften, &#8230;).\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>St\u00f6ren Sch\u00fclerInnen den geordneten Ablauf einer Schulveranstaltung in schwerwiegender Weise oder gef\u00e4hrden sie ihre oder die Sicherheit von Mitsch\u00fclerInnen, so kann die Leitung der Schulveranstaltung sie von der weiteren Teilnahme an der Schulveranstaltung ausschlie\u00dfen. Davon ist die Schulleitung sowie die Erziehungsberechtigten unverz\u00fcglich in Kenntnis zu setzen.
