Auf Antrag ist LandeslehrerInnen f\u00fcr die Dauer eines Kuraufenthaltes Dienstbefreiung zu gew\u00e4hren, wenn<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ein Sozialversicherungstr\u00e4ger die Kosten der Kur tr\u00e4gt oder einen Kurkostenbeitrag leistet und\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>die Kur in der Ben\u00fctzung einer Mineralquelle, eines Moorbades, im Aufenthalt in einem vorgeschriebenen Klima oder in der therapeutischen Anwendung von kaltem Wasser (Kneipp-Kur) besteht und \u00e4rztlich \u00fcberwacht wird.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Auf Antrag ist LandeslehrerInnen f\u00fcr die Dauer der Unterbringung in einem Genesungsheim Dienstbefreiung zu gew\u00e4hren, wenn<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>sie zur v\u00f6lligen Herstellung der Gesundheit nach einem chirurgischen Eingriff oder nach einer schweren Erkrankung in ein Genesungsheim eingewiesen werden und\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>die Kosten des Aufenthaltes von einem Sozialversicherungstr\u00e4ger ganz oder teilweise getragen werden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Antragsformular im Dienstweg einsenden.
