Dienstnehmer (IL unbefristet) jederzeit m\u00f6glich (nicht pd-Schema!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.2. Dienstgeber auch jederzeit m\u00f6glich, jedoch nur schriftlich mit Angabe des Grundes, wenn das Dienstverh\u00e4ltnis ununterbrochen 1 Jahr gedauert hat.
