{"id":2558,"date":"2026-04-10T10:28:40","date_gmt":"2026-04-10T08:28:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.teamsalve.at\/?p=2558"},"modified":"2026-04-10T10:28:40","modified_gmt":"2026-04-10T08:28:40","slug":"fahrtkostenzuschuss","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.teamsalve.at\/?p=2558","title":{"rendered":"Fahrtkostenzuschuss"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">siehe auch&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ris.bka.gv.at\/NormDokument.wxe?Abfrage=Bundesnormen&amp;Gesetzesnummer=10008163&amp;FassungVom=2025-02-10&amp;Artikel=&amp;Paragraf=20b&amp;Anlage=&amp;Uebergangsrecht=\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00a7 20b GehG<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/teamsalve.wixsite.com\/dienstrechtsabc\/pendlerpauschale\">Pendlerpauschale<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anspruch auf Fahrtkostenzuschuss haben alle Kolleginnen und Kollegen, die das so genannte &#8222;Pendlerpauschale&#8220; (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ris.bka.gv.at\/NormDokument.wxe?Abfrage=Bundesnormen&amp;Gesetzesnummer=10004570&amp;Artikel=&amp;Paragraf=16&amp;Anlage=&amp;Uebergangsrecht=\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00a7 16 Abs. 1 Z. 6 lit. b oder c EStG<\/a>) in Anspruch nehmen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Anspr\u00fcche auf Pendlerpauschale und Fahrtkostenzuschuss bestehen nebeneinander.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/pendlerrechner.bmf.gv.at\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Pendlerrechner<\/a><br>Dem Beamten, der durch Erkl\u00e4rung beim Arbeitgeber einen Pauschbetrag gem\u00e4\u00df \u00a7 16Abs. 1 Z 6 lit. b oder c EStG 1988 in Anspruch nimmt (Pendlerpauschale), geb\u00fchrt ab dem Tag der Abgabe dieser Erkl\u00e4rung bei seiner Dienstbeh\u00f6rde ein Fahrtkostenzuschuss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voraussetzung:<br>Die Wegstrecke zwischen Wohnsitz und Dienststelle muss mehr als 20 km, wenn ein \u00f6ffentliches Verkehrsmittel nicht zumutbar ist, mehr als 2 km, betragen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200b\u200bAb 1. August 2025 betr\u00e4gt der Fahrtkostenzuschuss:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200bf\u00fcr jeden vollen Kalendermonat bei einer Fahrtstrecke von\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00fcber 20 bis 40 km &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; 26,69 Euro,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00fcber 40 bis 60 km &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; 52,78 Euro und<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00fcber 60 km&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 78,89 Euro<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn ein \u00f6ffentliches Verkehrsmittel nicht zumutbar ist (&#8222;gro\u00dfes Pendlerpauschale&#8220;) betr\u00e4gt der Fahrtkostenzuschuss von<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00fcber 2 bis 20 km &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 14,53 Euro<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00fcber 20 bis 40 km &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 57,62 Euro<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00fcber 40 bis 60 km&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;100,30 Euro&nbsp;und<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00fcber 60 km&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 143,24 Euro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200bWerden die Fahrten<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>an mindestens 8 aber nicht mehr als 10 Tagen im Kalendermonat durchgef\u00fchrt, betr\u00e4t der Fahrtkostenzuschuss zwei Drittel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>an mindestens 4 aber nicht mehr als 7 Tagen im Kalendermonat durchgef\u00fchrt, betr\u00e4t der Fahrtkostenzuschuss ein Drittel des jeweiligen Monatsbetrages (siehe Tabellen oben).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00dcbergangsbestimmungen (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ris.bka.gv.at\/Dokument.wxe?ResultFunctionToken=6a927466-9151-407e-8760-bef358ce13e4&amp;Position=1&amp;Abfrage=Bundesnormen&amp;Kundmachungsorgan=&amp;Index=&amp;Titel=GehG&amp;Gesetzesnummer=&amp;VonArtikel=&amp;BisArtikel=&amp;VonParagraf=113i&amp;BisParagraf=&amp;VonAnlage=&amp;BisAnlage=&amp;Typ=&amp;Kundmachungsnummer=&amp;Unterzeichnungsdatum=&amp;FassungVom=17.10.2017&amp;VonInkrafttretedatum=&amp;BisInkrafttretedatum=&amp;VonAusserkrafttretedatum=&amp;BisAusserkrafttretedatum=&amp;NormabschnittnummerKombination=Und&amp;ImRisSeit=Undefined&amp;ResultPageSize=100&amp;Suchworte=&amp;Dokumentnummer=NOR40172424\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00a7 113i GehG<\/a>) regeln die H\u00f6he des Fahrtkostenzuschusses f\u00fcr KollegInnen, die bereits vor J\u00e4nner 2008 einen solchen bezogen haben und die durch die Neuregelung 2008 Nachteile erfahren h\u00e4tten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200b<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>siehe auch&nbsp;\u00a7 20b GehG,&nbsp;Pendlerpauschale Anspruch auf Fahrtkostenzuschuss haben alle Kolleginnen und Kollegen, die das so genannte &#8222;Pendlerpauschale&#8220;
